VL Expense is an expense tracker. It is operated by Van Lang Technologies Company Limited, Long Bien, Hanoi, Vietnam ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
The app has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Transactions, categories and settings are stored in a database on your device. We have no server that receives your transactions, and the app does not upload them anywhere.
If you turn on notification access in Android settings, the app reads the text of notifications posted by other apps on your device (for example bank and wallet apps) so it can recognise payments and record them as transactions. Only notifications that contain numbers are kept, and they are processed on the device. The app does not send notification content to us or to anyone else. You can switch individual apps off in the app's settings, and you can revoke notification access at any time in Android settings. iOS does not allow this feature; on iPhone you paste or type messages yourself.
The app requests no camera, location, contacts or photo access.
The app can download JavaScript updates from Expo (EAS Update). Such a request includes technical information such as the app version, platform and update ID, and your IP address, as with any network request. It contains none of your transactions or notification content.
We collect no personal data, so there is nothing to share or retain on our side. You can delete transactions in the app, and uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your device.
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.

VL Expense là ứng dụng theo dõi chi tiêu do Công ty TNHH Van Lang Technologies (Long Biên, Hà Nội) vận hành. Liên hệ: [email protected].
Ứng dụng không có tài khoản, quảng cáo, phân tích hay theo dõi. Giao dịch, danh mục và cài đặt được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu trên thiết bị. Chúng tôi không có máy chủ nhận giao dịch của bạn và ứng dụng không tải chúng đi đâu.
Nếu bạn bật quyền truy cập thông báo trong cài đặt Android, ứng dụng đọc nội dung thông báo của các ứng dụng khác (ví dụ ngân hàng, ví điện tử) để nhận diện khoản thanh toán và ghi thành giao dịch. Chỉ thông báo có chứa số được giữ lại và xử lý ngay trên thiết bị. Ứng dụng không gửi nội dung thông báo cho chúng tôi hay bất kỳ ai. Bạn có thể tắt từng ứng dụng trong phần cài đặt và thu hồi quyền bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt Android. iOS không cho phép tính năng này; trên iPhone bạn tự dán hoặc nhập tin nhắn.
Ứng dụng có thể tải bản cập nhật JavaScript từ Expo (EAS Update). Yêu cầu này gồm thông tin kỹ thuật như phiên bản, nền tảng, mã cập nhật và địa chỉ IP, không chứa giao dịch hay nội dung thông báo của bạn.
Vì không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân nên chúng tôi không có gì để chia sẻ hay lưu trữ. Bạn có thể xoá giao dịch trong ứng dụng; gỡ ứng dụng sẽ xoá mọi thứ đã lưu trên thiết bị.
